Programs: Grades 9-12

Ontario Secondary School Diploma

Offering two full semesters (4 credits in the Fall and 4 credits in the Winter), students will take courses guided by the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum. In class sizes of 5—10 students, each student will receive individual attention to ensure success.

In order to be awarded an OSSD, a student must earn a minimum of 30 credits, including 18 compulsory credits and 12 optional credits. Students must also participate in and complete 40 hours of community involvement activities, and must pass the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test or successfully complete the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course (OLC4O). Fulford Preparatory College offers Grade 9, 10, 11 and Grade 12 courses needed to complete the OSSD (including OLC4O).
